1. Driver requirements
The driver must be at least 21 years old (23 for SUVs and vans) and have held a driving licence for at least 1 year.
Foreign drivers must show their national driving licence, an International Driving Permit (IDP) and their passport at pickup.
2. Price and payment
The price shown at booking includes VAT, basic insurance and unlimited kilometres. Extras you choose are added to the total before you confirm.
You can pay in cash at pickup or by PromptPay transfer. A refundable deposit is paid at pickup in cash or by PromptPay and returned when the car is brought back in the same condition.
3. Fuel, mileage and use
Fuel policy is same-to-same: return the car with the same fuel level. Missing fuel is charged at the pump price with no service fee.
The car may not be used off-road, for racing, to carry goods for payment, or be driven outside Thailand. Smoking in the car is not allowed.
4. Insurance and accidents
Every rental includes compulsory Thai insurance and basic damage cover with an excess. With Standard or Full cover the excess is reduced or zero. Insurance does not cover damage caused by drunk driving, unlicensed drivers or breaking these terms.
In case of an accident, call us immediately and do not move the car before the police and insurance officer arrive.
5. Late return and one-way rentals
Returns up to 1 hour late are free. After that, each started 24 hours is charged as an extra day. One-way rentals between regions have a fixed one-way fee shown in the price.
