Free cancellation
You can cancel for free up to 24 hours before your pickup time — online in "My booking" or by message. If you already paid by PromptPay, we refund the full amount within 7 days.
Less than 24 hours before pickup
Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup, or no-shows, are charged [one rental day]. Please contact us — we always try to find a fair solution, for example a new date.
Changes and early returns
Date or car changes are free if a car is available; the price is recalculated. There is no refund for unused days after pickup.
