2. What we collect and why
To handle your booking we collect your name, email, phone, nationality, flight number, chat IDs and — if you upload them — copies of your driving licence, IDP and passport. Thai law requires rental companies to check driver documents.
We use this data only to provide the rental, contact you about your booking, meet legal obligations and handle damage or traffic fines. We do not sell your data.
3. How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for [5] years for accounting and legal reasons. Document copies are deleted [90] days after the rental ends unless needed for an open claim.
4. Who we share it with
Only with our insurance company (in case of damage), the police or authorities when required by law, and service providers that host this website and send our emails.
