Yes. The total includes VAT, basic insurance and unlimited kilometres. Extras you choose are added clearly before you confirm. No hidden fees at the counter.

Your national driving licence plus an International Driving Permit (IDP). Thai police can fine you without an IDP, and insurance may not cover you. ASEAN licences in English are accepted without IDP.

No. You can pay the deposit in cash (THB) or by PromptPay/bank transfer at pickup. We return it when you bring the car back — usually on the spot, at the latest within 24 hours.

It depends on the car and is shown on every car card before you book. Choosing Full cover insurance reduces the deposit by 70%.

Every rental includes compulsory Thai insurance (third party) and basic damage cover with an excess. You can upgrade to Standard or Full cover (zero excess) while booking.

Same-to-same: you get the car with a full tank and return it full. If it is not full we charge only the missing fuel at the pump price — no service fee.

At least 21 years old with a licence held for 1 year. For SUVs and vans the minimum age is 23.

Yes. One-way rentals between Chiang Mai, Krabi and Phuket are possible for a fixed one-way fee, shown in the price before you book.
